Earlier this year we saw on our favorite FB page, Susie's Senior Dogs, a post about an 11 year old small dog named Tigger. He had been an owner surrender and in the rescue for 6 months. No one wanted to adopt him because be was "aggressive" and bit when he was scared on top of being a senior. We drove the 6 hours from our home to Philadelphia and brought Tigger home. After some training and cuddles he's settling in nicely to our home. He's made friends with our other 3 dogs and loved to cuddle. We think he got his name because when he plays with balls he pounces on them with his front paws then jumps high into the air and pounces again, bouncing around the room like Tigger.
