Filly was found as a stray and taken in by Animal Assistance. He was found wandering the streets with a couple of other dogs. We were told that he was probably abused and for awhile would not let anyone touch is paws. Filly found a loving home where he got to bring together a couple as husband and wife. He was the "proposal puppy" in their engagement and later the "ring barker" in their wedding.
