Skye was born outside of an abandoned prison where she lived with a pack of other wild dogs. Her three siblings were rescued one summer day in 2013 but she was left behind unknowingly. When the wonderful people at Gateway Pet Guardians went back a few days later to feed the other strays, they heard this loud whining and found little Skye and brought her to the shelter. I saw Skye on the Gateway website while I was in Disney World and knew I had to meet her. I first moment I met her, we connected and I knew I was her person and she was my pup. We have been inseparable ever since.
