Batman was rescued from a backyard where he was chained with no shelter. Almost home took him in and got him cleaned up checked out and fostered. We had lost our dog to cancer and found batman at an adoption event. Not sure if it was the oversized tounge the lazy eye or the snaggletooth but we had to have him.
