Luna's life before us was rough. She was in an abusive animal hoarding situation that tragically ended in a house fire. The fire ended the lives of most of the other dogs. She surrived because she was kept outside in the cold. Lake Haven took her in a found a home real fast. Unfortunately they were unable to keep her due to her timid behavior from her life thus far. We saw her soon after and instantly feel in love with her sweet face. We've had her for over a year and a half and she's really come out of her shell. She loves life and people and is always wagging her tail. Her old life is behind her. And she will always have a warm place in our house and in our hearts.
