TLC rescues dogs from kill shelters ALL the time. Our Riggs is one of them. We got him as a pup. Our daughter surprised us with him after we lost our beloved Jake we had for 10 years. We never thought anyone could replace the love we had for him. Boy were we wrong! Riggs has such a great personality and is so loveable . To think he would have been put down just breaks my heart! TLC is so amazing and their love for animals is so heartwarming! I would love to repay them. From kill shelter to king of his very own pool....Riggs loves to float, jump and swim in the pool! Everyone says Riggs won the lottery of life, we feel it's the other way around!
